So, I was remodeling the back porch area and found this painting. I was going to sell it but changed my mind after seeing the price tag xD 

The piece is by Dorothy Hitch, the 3rd heiress. That means the small painting is 400 sim years old! (And almost 7 human months old ;D)

The Chronicles of Dorothy Hitch

I’d kept confusing Matilda (left) and Rydia (middle) and always thought the daughters is a chip off the old block. But taking these shots, I figured they had quite different noses. They have almost same profile though.

Well, frankly these faces are not my favorite, meaning that Matilda is not gonna be a heiress for generation 5. I adore her but I would get back the original gene like this ↓↓↓↓ (different default eyes)

The birthday party was behind schedule, so the sun was almost down. This time I invited her school friends only :)

While I was preparing for the birthday party, all of a sudden, a repo man dropped in. Then I realized I installed Anach’s Higher Bill mod, which I use to prevent my Sims from being rich. So, he started to extort my precious stuffs of about 20,000 simoleons worth.
